This policy has been drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation, and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights. By providing us with your data you declare that you have read this policy and consent to the processing under the terms described here. The Company may modify it to adapt it to new legislation or to the criteria of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
No data protection officer has been appointed, as none of the cases provided for in Article 37 of the GDPR apply.
We process the data you provide for the following purposes:
We keep your data from the moment you give us your consent until you revoke it or request the restriction of processing. Afterwards it is blocked for as long as liabilities may arise from the processing and, in any case, for the periods required by law: four years for tax purposes (Articles 66 to 70 of the Spanish General Tax Law) and six years for commercial purposes (Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code).
The legal basis for the processing is your express consent, given by an affirmative act: filling in the corresponding form and ticking the acceptance box.
By filling in the forms, ticking the box "I accept the privacy policy" and sending the data, or by writing to the published email addresses, you declare that you have read and accepted this policy.
The data we collect through the website form is: first name, surname, telephone, email, specialty of interest and any message you wish to add. If your message includes information about your health, we process it solely to manage your appointment and with your explicit consent (Article 9.2.a of the GDPR). In addition, technical connection data such as the IP address, browser and pages visited are recorded while browsing, as explained in the cookie policy.
The data requested in the forms is the minimum necessary to deal with your request. If you do not provide it, we will not be able to answer you or provide the service you request.
The data we process has been provided directly by you, through the website forms, by email or by telephone. We do not obtain data from third parties or from publicly accessible sources.
We have adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data and to prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorised access, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.
Your data may be processed by the following providers, who act as data processors and only to provide us with their service: Google LLC (receipt and management of appointment requests sent from the form, via Google Workspace) and Hostinger International Ltd. (website hosting). Apart from these cases, no data transfers or international transfers are planned, except those authorised by tax, commercial and telecommunications legislation or by court order.
You have the right to know whether we process data concerning you, to access it, to request its rectification or erasure, to request the restriction of processing, to object to it, to data portability and to withdraw the consent given. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
To exercise them, write to us at Betweenusginecologia@icloud.com or call us on +34 644 10 27 99, attaching a copy of a document that allows you to be identified.

In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002, we will only send you information about the Company by email or an equivalent means if you tick the box "I accept the sending of electronic communications" on the forms where that option is offered. You can unsubscribe at any time.
